Taxfix is a fintech unicorn and one of Germany’s leading digital tax platforms simplifying the tax filing experience for over 5 million customers.
As a Product Designer, I worked to shape the strategy for a new financial services offering, leveraging research and competitive analysis to define positioning, validate viability and desirability through experiments, and map user journeys that aligned customer needs with business growth.

I Conducted extensive market and user research to validate the feasibility and viability of a new product within the tax filing ecosystem. Collaborated with cross-functional partners to explore regulatory, technical, and customer requirements, ensuring the concept was both operationally sound and commercially viable.
The discovery work provided clear validation that the product could unlock new revenue streams and significantly boost ARR, giving leadership the confidence to prioritize development and invest in scaling the opportunity..

I led the launch of key features, including role-based user management, multi-plot uploads to streamline plot analysis, enhanced data visualizations to support nature-positive decision-making, and more efficient project tracking across sites.
The updates improved usability, increased engagement, and broadened the platform’s capabilities, enabling users to upload, analyse, and manage land projects at scale while laying the groundwork for future feature expansion.
