Landler is a web-based financial platform by The Landbanking Group that supports sustainable land use by facilitating nature-positive investments and providing integrated sustainability reporting across multiple global frameworks.
As a senior designer, I helped improve and expand the early product, working across visual design, research and strategy to refine existing features, create new ones and launch new products.

In my first year at The Landbanking Group, I designed and helped launch a pioneering nature conservation investment product, which was also showcased at COP28 2023.
By analysing investor data, conducting interviews, and running cross-functional workshops, we refined the product and investment workflow for maximum impact.
The launch generated significant transaction volume and attracted even more in queued business, demonstrating strong market demand and operational readiness.

I led the launch of key features, including role-based user management, multi-plot uploads to streamline plot analysis, enhanced data visualizations to support nature-positive decision-making, and more efficient project tracking across sites.
The updates improved usability, increased engagement, and broadened the platform’s capabilities, enabling users to upload, analyse, and manage land projects at scale while laying the groundwork for future feature expansion.

Working closely with product and engineering, I developed a solution that was both intuitive and operationally robust, then validated it through moderated usability test sessions to ensure adoption and minimal disruption.
The result was a streamlined workflow that improved user satisfaction, reduced friction in core operations, and saved over $10k+ in data analysis expenses, turning a costly inefficiency into a strategic advantage for the product team.

I led the ownership and growth of the design system, collaborating closely with frontend engineers to document components in Storybook, ensuring accurate, up-to-date documentation that supported consistent implementation across products.
Beyond maintenance, I designed and implemented new components into the UI library to meet evolving product needs, while driving initiatives to improve documentation standards, accessibility, and cross-team adoption.
This work not only streamlined the design-to-development handoff but also accelerated onboarding for new team members, reduced inconsistencies in UI implementation, and enabled scalable, high-quality product growth.
