Here, I led the redesign of the customer support portal to make support content more intuitive, searchable, and accessible. Partnered with customer success and support teams to identify recurring pain points and designed flows that reduced friction, improved discoverability, and empowered users to resolve issues independently.
The redesign reduced support ticket volume, improved response efficiency, and increased customer satisfaction, enabling the support team to focus on higher-value interactions while scaling customer success operations.

The feature significantly improved payment reliability and efficiency for merchants, strengthening Flutterwave’s value proposition and deepening adoption of the Business Dashboard among SMEs and enterprise customers.

Created an interactive API playground that allowed developers and businesses to test APIs in a safe environment before implementation. Worked closely with engineering and developer relations to ensure the experience was intuitive, technically accurate, and aligned with real-world use cases.
The playground reduced integration friction, improved developer confidence, and accelerated time-to-adoption, strengthening the product’s positioning with technical users and driving greater business uptake.

Partnered with operations, compliance, and engineering teams to design internal dashboards and workflows that enabled teams to monitor, review, and manage remittance transactions efficiently.
The tools incorporated compliance checks, transaction tracking, and resolution workflows, ensuring both regulatory alignment and operational efficiency.
This work reduced manual overhead, improved compliance accuracy, and increased the speed of transaction reviews, strengthening the reliability and scalability of the Send platform.
